Fundraising is a tool we use to bring awareness to our cause. It is also an opportunity to reach out into the community and ask for help in achieving our financial goals. In doing so, this allows us to provide the necessary services needed to help those we serve.
The major problem for those who age out is they immediately become homeless. Our fundraiser for 2017-2018 is focused on raising 1 million dollars to build a housing facility that will house not only our program but 75 girls.
OUR CURRENT NEEDS center around both maintaining our existing program and expanding the number of youth we can reach. We welcome donations from individuals, churches, and also corporate sponsors.
Providing safe housing in only one aspect of what we do. We also strive to offer a well balanced program that will expose our girls to counseling, education, personal development and community service projects. We believe in paying it forward, and it is our desire that once a young girl graduates from our program that she will develop a heart for our cause and reach back to help another young girl that is aging out.
Our focus is to decrease the amount of girls who will be sexually exploited through prostitution and human trafficking.
We are looking for dynamic, outgoing individuals to help plan our major fundraising campaign for 2017
Representatives For Our Cause- Speak to groups about Enriching Lives Aging Out Program.
Media- Get captivaing articles placed in the media.
Construction- Contractors to do Pro Bono work and/or be leaders for our 2017 -18Building Project
Operators- Assist or lead business plan development, and or budget development/accounting
Strategic Planning- Help create a 10 year plan including financial, expansion, program development
Community Action- Work with the community to develop supportive relationships
Community List Development- Gather information on local companies and key contacts, develop relationships with these organizations, solicit donations and pledges.
