Dr. Janet Grinstead is the Chief Executive Officer of Enriching Lives, a non-profit organization, she established in 2002. Enriching Lives focuses on strengthening families through education, exposure, and personal development. The organization also services young girls who “age out” of the foster care system and provide clinical treatment to those struggling with mental health and substance abuse recovery. Dr. Grinstead is also an independent facilitator of the American Association of Christian Counseling (AACC), which focuses on certifying leaders, pastors, laity, and caregivers to better understand the issues most people are facing today and how to better guide them to live a healthier lifestyle.  She is also the Director for Life Christian University’s campus, located in Indianapolis, IN.

Some of Dr. Grinstead’s other accomplishments include: (2007-2009) Vice President of Zonta International chapter in Buckhead, GA, a women’s empowerment organization; (2008-2010) The Humanitarian Chair of the World Chamber of Commerce, located in Atlanta, GA (focusing on human trafficking); (2005-2010) co-founder of Ezekiel Constructions, a community revitalization company in Atlanta, GA, and (2011-2014) a board member at the Ransburg’s YMCA in Indianapolis, IN.

Dr. Grinstead is a sought-after motivational speaker and educator in leadership development to community organizations, corporations and educational institutions including the Atlanta Union Mission, Home Stretch Homeless Shelter, Forest Manor, Homeless and Reentry, Georgia State University, Kingdom Impact, Village Atlanta, New Birth Baptist Church of Atlanta, GA, Life Christian University (LCU), Urban E-Life, Marion County Jail and Multiple Choices Disability Center.

Dr. Grinstead has an earned doctorate from Life Christian University. She is also a certified Etiotropic Trauma Management Counselor and a member of the American Association of Christian Counseling, the largest Christian Counseling Association in the United States.
