Every year more than 20,000 youth turn 18 years old and age out of foster care. More than 400 are in the State of Indiana. With limited to no resources most exit the system homeless, uneducated and lacking emotional and physical support to successfully move forward into the next phase of their lives.

Many homeless adolescent youth find exchanging sex for food, clothing and shelter are their only chance of survival on the streets.
