I understand that my table includes (2) meal tickets and (2) general admission tickets, where as the name, first and last, of my guest MUST BE submitted at the time of registration or they will forfeited the admission. The guest must show ID before entering the venue.
The vending cost for this event will be $100, refundable only if the event is canceled.

Tables are not included, please bring your own table and tablecloth. If you need a table and table cloth, send an email BEFORE August 10th 2024, there will be an additional fee of $15. Vendor’s immediate area must not infringe upon the space of the neighboring vendors.
Set-up time begins at 8am Saturday August 17th. Vendors are required to be fully set up no later than 9:00am. The doors will open at 9:30 am.
Electrical outlets are scattered throughout the space, but we cannot guarantee the table will have access to them.
The event is expected to have 400 Attendees.
